Delivery Coverage
We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.

Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days, depending on your city. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges
Free delivery on orders over Rs 5,000. Orders below Rs 5,000 are charged a flat rate of Rs 250.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation before being handed to our courier partner.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/email to monitor your delivery status.

Cash on Delivery
For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready for our delivery rider. Our courier partner will contact you before delivery to confirm availability.

Delayed or Missed Deliveries

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
